our walk out lower level gives a secondary place to relax or entertain It offers a ping pong table, second living room, wet bar with fridge and wine cooler, and a bookcase full of board games and puzzles. The walk out lower level also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one with 2 queens and 1 Twin with trundle) and another full bathroom. The lower level walks out to a large patio with a 8 person dining table and a Weber gas BBQ grill. The patio is just steps away from the 14th fairway and the views are spectacular! 8 Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game await you on the lawn.
